Jackie Williams, CPA
As an accountant for nearly 20 years and married into an entrepreneurial family for over 15 years, Jackie chose to build this company to help small businesses keep more of their hard earned profit using tax strategies. She is a CPA and a Certified Tax Coach with a background in Big 4 auditing and Accounting Policy at a Fortune 500 firm. During the pandemic, she was overjoyed to build systems to help small businesses obtain and keep funds available through the Payroll Protection Program and Employee Retention Tax Credit with Rust Belt Business Law. Pennywise Tax Strategies will keep that momentum going for small business clients by helping them proactively strategize and document their tax positions consistent with the tax code.
When she is not geeking out about saving tax dollars, Jackie serves on the Finance Committee of Emma's Footprints, enjoys running and Barre workouts, putting together a great outfit, singing karaoke, and driving her convertible (with a 6-speed). She is a self-proclaimed self-development junkie, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Atty. Adam Williams; children, Royce and Penny; and Weimaraner, Camber.

Adam started this business out of frustration from accountants who congratulated him for having a large tax bill.

As a serial entrepreneur, Adam is inspired by entrepreneurship and small business, direct response marketing, non-traditional and unexpected solutions, mindset & personal development, helping create businesses that serve the owners, and high-performance driving.
Adam received his undergraduate degree in Business from Penn State Behrend and his MBA and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. A Cathedral Prep graduate and active member of the community, Adam has served on the Board of Directors for the Erie County Bar Association, Lakeshore Community Services, the Innovation Collaborative, and the Erie Art Museum. He was named to the 2013 Erie Reader 40 Under 40, and has also been listed as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
In 2019, Adam became one of the first six lawyers in the nation to be certified as a Deal Making Attorney by real estate investing guru, Ron LeGrand.
