Ashley's professional journey began at the Academy of Cosmetology, where she earned a Degree in Cosmetology before pursuing both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Communications from Edinboro University. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry—including eight years in management and marketing—Ashley developed a deep understanding of customer service, relationship management, and business growth strategies. In 2024, she transitioned into the financial sector, bringing her expertise to Pennywise Tax Strategies as the Director of Client Relations. In this role, Ashley ensures that every client receives a seamless and exceptional experience while helping business owners navigate tax strategies with confidence.

Beyond her role at Pennywise, Ashley co-hosts the Maverick Mindset Radio Show, a weekly broadcast that celebrates the spirit of innovation, determination, and daring in every individual. The show airs live every Wednesday morning at 9 AM on YouTube and TalkErie, inspiring listeners to embrace bold thinking and unconventional success.

When she's not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local shops and eateries, and diving into a good book. She is a dedicated mother to four children and believes in creating meaningful experiences and adventures with them. A firm believer in balance, she practices meditation and values deep connections—because a happy soul leads to a happy life.
