Beginning her career in retail, moving quickly to supporting executives in direct mail fulfillment, working as a financial secretary, legal assistant, and most recently as the executive assistant to a vice president in higher education, Diane has always played a key role in organizing and prioritizing her executive's work. Diane prides herself on keeping the wheels turning on the bus and streamlining and building processes that enhance and simplify workloads.

When she's not scrambling to reschedule 100 meetings in a week, Diane loves to spend time with her grandchildren, her silver lab, Dexter, and her fiancé, Raleigh Beusch. She is an amateur artist (favoring watercolors), a chicken farmer (well, 5 chickens), loves to travel (heading to Paris in February!) and enjoys maintaining the wonderful friendships she has made with colleagues over the years. 

Diane currently sits on the Board of Corporators of Meadville Medical Center.
